Gross Close-up term?

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's a term for those grotesque closeups they show on Spongebob and the like? (usually accompanied by a scream or a tuba noise?)

And i already got the "ITS CALLED YOUR FACE" comment so.. yeah. :B
